My Personal Story

Welcome to my world of Caribbean cooking, with a dash of charisma and a sprinkle of charm (can I say this myself?) I am not just a Private Chef, but I am also your personal guide to a feast adventure. 

My journey began in the kitchen of my mother. Inspired by her magic, I wanted to learn the secrets of the culinary world. My first stop? The prestigious LG Smith Steak & Chophouse in Aruba, where I started from humble beginnings as a cook helper.  With the great guidance of the Master Chef (to whom I am still very grateful) I quickly learned all the tricks of the trait. 

 

From there, I perfected my skills in many top restaurants on Aruba such as Ike's Bistro, Windows of Aruba, Quinta del Carmen, and Radisson Blu's Sunset Bistro. My specialty was the “Chefs Specials” making each night surprise dishes for restaurant visitors.  All guests were always wondering how I was able to create so many delicious dishes in such short time..
